GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEB
Object
The present General Conditions regulate the use of -including the mere access to- the web pages that are part of the Web. Every User who accesses the Website agrees to submit to the General Conditions in force at each time they access the Website.
The contents and services that the Owner makes available to the User on the Web may also be regulated by specific conditions that, in case of conflict, prevail over the General Conditions (the Particular Conditions). The User also submits, whenever he / she requests or uses the corresponding content or service, to their corresponding applicable Particular Conditions.
Consequently, the User must carefully read the General Conditions each time he / she intends to use the Website, as well as, if applicable, the corresponding Particular Conditions each time he / she intends to use the content or service in question.
In any case, the Owner reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as these General Conditions or the corresponding Particular Conditions.
Use of the web

Unless otherwise provided in the Particular Conditions, the use of the Website will be free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost for the User access to the corresponding telecommunications network.
The User is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Website is carried out in all cases under his sole and exclusive responsibility.
In the use of the Web, the User undertakes not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of the Owner or of third parties or that could damage, render useless or overload the Web, or that could impede, in any way, the normal use of the Web.

The contents of the Web are made available to the User by the TItular with information from both own sources and third parties.
The Owner seeks to ensure that the contents are of the highest possible quality and are reasonably updated, but does not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance and / or timeliness of the contents. The inclusion of content on the Web does not constitute in any way the provision of a legal advice service.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
Through these General Conditions no intellectual or industrial property rights are transferred to the Website or any of its component elements, and the User is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting, reusing, re-sending or the use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights.
The User may view and obtain a temporary private copy of the contents for their exclusive personal and private use in their computer systems (software and hardware), provided it is not for the purpose of developing commercial or professional activities. The User must refrain from obtaining, or attempting to obtain, the Content by means or procedures other than those that in each case have been made available or indicated for that purpose or those that are habitually used on the Internet (provided that the latter do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Web). The User must respect at all times all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Web, owned by the Owner or third parties.
Hyperlinks and Linked Sites
a) Hyperlinks
The User and, in general, any natural or legal person that intends to establish a hyperlink or technical link device (for example, links or buttons) from their website to the Web (the "Hyperlink") must obtain prior authorization and in writing by the Holder.
The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between the Owner and the owner of the site or web page in which the Hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance or approval by the Owner of its contents or services.
In any case, the Owner reserves the right to prohibit or disable at any time any hyperlink to the Web, especially in cases of illegality of the activity or contents of the website on which the hyperlink is included.
b) Linked Sites
The Web makes available to the User, solely for the search of, and access to, the information, contents and services available on the Internet, hyperlinks or technical link devices (for example, links or buttons), which allow the User access to Internet sites or portals belonging to or managed by third parties (the "Linked Sites").
The Owner does not offer or market by itself or through third parties the information, content and services available on the Linked Sites, or approve, supervise or control in any way the contents and services and any material of any nature existing in them, assuming the User exclusively the entire responsibility of browsing through them.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by the Spanish common law and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable regulations, any dispute will be submitted by the parties by the judges and courts of Madrid.
